International Physician Recruitment

Continuing on the success of recruiting nurses, Nova Scotia Health collaborated with Haylo to focus on physician recruitment. The task was similar - convincing prospects to consider Nova Scotia as an enticing, refreshing and balanced destination for relocation. Haylo’s creative and digital marketing targeted the international borders of the US and UK with customized messaging.

Haylo developed unique landing pages per country using Nova Scotia Health’s More Than Medicine platform in combination with SmartSheets, a collaborative intake tool for their career concierge initiative.

Our hyper-targeted digital media strategy allowed us to converse directly with Physicians of interest or search intent, encouraging them to learn about Nova Scotia through dynamic ads, informative landing pages and personal career concierge experience.
